1. (Reservation Policies)
1. The accomodation has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not received a Pre-Payment Deposit/valid credit card number upon arrival. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediatley after cancelling your booking.
2. Those who are applying for accomodation agreement at BonFayer would need to provide the following information:
- Guest name and Telephone Number
- The date of stay and estimation time of arrival
- Accomodation fees
3, In an event the guest wish to stay longer, there is no guarantee that a room can be provided if full capacity.U
4. Upon arrival a valid ID is required upon check-in
5. Rooms rate are subjected to change
6. Keep in mind the occupancy rules with maximum number of guests in each room being 4 (2 single beds and 1 Queen size bed) and no more than 4. Baby cribs is not provided by the accomodation and therefore we require you to bring one.

2. (Check-in /Check-out /Business Hours)
Check-in:
1. You can Check-in anytime from 15.00PM local time. Room Keys will be waiting for you at the accomodation (Bonfayer) Lobby.
2. The Keys will be provided to you through Check-in when a valid ID is shown and full payment of the room and a pre-payment deposit/valid credit number is given.
Check-out:
1. Agreement for Check-out will be made at 11.00AM local time.
2. At check-out we will inspect the room, we reserved the right to make any charges to your credit card/security deposit (One night payment) for any damages/breakages found before the room is occupied again.
3. Please be aware that towels, bed linens and other ammenities provided by the facility are NOT GIFTS and should remain at the property. If found missing we have the right to charge you.
4. The security deposit is in a form of a valid credit card number or a one night payment. We have the right to charge your credit card and one night payment if if any damages or missing items are found exceeding beyond the one night payment.

3. (Cancellation Policy)
Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
1. If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
2. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the 30% prepayment is non-refundable.
3. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights are not refundable
4. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
5. All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled. 
6. The total price of the reservation will be charged right away after booking and is non-refundable. 

4. Smoking Policy and Damages
Smoking Policy:
1. It is prohibited to smoke inside the room, this applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. You will be asked to sign a document that you agree to a fine of ..... if any evidence of smoking found inside the room.
2. Smoking outside the room is allowed however littering cigarettes inside/outside the room or anywhere inside the property of Bonfayer is not allowed and will be fined.
Damages:
1. During your stay, the room and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the room
2. You (The Guest) is financially responsible for any damage to the room. This includes losses caused by you (The Guest) or a third party negligent actions and behavior. A summary check will be made of the room check-out time. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the room and all equipment and facilities will be made soon after check-out and before another guest occupies the room. The Guest is responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. In this case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement cost will be sent by email or fax immediately. .
3. Any costs will be deducted from the deposit/charged from you credit card immediately if this is still possible. Any costs will be claimed by return if they are greater than the deposit or where the deposit has already been returned. Please note, immediate notification after check-out of any damages to, breakages in or issues with the room is expected.
4. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit must be paid during check in by cash/Debitcard/credit card, or you can provide us with valid credit card number and is fully refunded at the check-out if the room is in good order and the company does not have any claims. The costs of damages or cleaning beyond what would be expected after responsible usage of the room will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Standard Booking Price.
The Standard booking price includes the following:
1. Utilities (Water, gas and electricity)
2. Internet 
3. Towels and Bed linen
4. Cleaning before and after your stay
5. all facilities (Swimming pool)

Please note that all the prices are fixed and cannot be negotiate. Discounts are given on days when necessary.

6. Extending your stay
1. After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive.
2. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar rooms should this be necessary.

7. Pet Policy
1. A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed. No charge. Just make sure your pet do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. no pets in the lobby or pool areas. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time.
2. While there is absolutely no pet fee, a valid credit number would need to be provided to us. Should your furry friend shed a great amount or have a potty accident in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card. Should your pet cause property or item damage, an incidental fee will be charged at market value to your credit card on file.
3. We are not responsible for your pets behaviour, if your pets run away or go missing we are not liable.

8. Room Policy


1. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. The hotel allows guests, with permission, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property.
2. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them. Sing your heart out and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time).

9. Parking
1. Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of your room (or super close). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
2. We’ve got surveillance cameras watching over the parking lot so, should anything seem amiss, let us know, and we’ll check out the footage. And if you plan on leaving your car in our parking lot for a while, not problem, just let us know, as we reserve the right to tow vehicles.

10. Minimum age policy and Alcohol Consumption
1. All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Bonfayer. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
2. Guests under the age of 21 years old are not allowed to drink, bring or purchase any alcoholic drinks inside the property. We will require a valid ID when purchasing Alcoholic drinks
3. We require all alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages on the property, including the pool, be purchased through Bonfayer, with the exception of transparent, see-through water bottles. Guests must purchase beer and wine in the bar area – then, if you like, you can head back to your room (or the pool) to enjoy.
3. Guests are prohibited to litter alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, if caught we are force to give a fine, the fine can vary depending on the circumstances.

11. Guest Safety Policy
1. As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.
2. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The accomodation assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the facilities, where available. If you use the swimming pool/other facilities, you do so at your own risk.

12. Prohibited Act
Guests shall not engage in the following acts,either on their own or through the use of a third party:
1. Registering or providing false information whenstaying at the property
2. Using fraudulent payment methods such as stolencredit cards when staying at the property
3. Using the property for business purposes withoutpermission from the property 
4. Mass booking followed by mass cancellation or anysimilar acts 
5. Repeatedly making and cancelling bookings without ajustifiable reason, or any similar acts 
6. Impersonating the Glamping or the Glamping group,or any act that could be mistaken for such 
7. Unauthorized access of systems or computers or anysimilar acts 
8. Sending or uploading harmful computer programs orany similar acts 
9. Removal, defacing, or destroying equipment withinthe Glamping facilities, or any similar acts 
10. Obstruction of business or damaging the reputationor brand of the Glamping or Glamping group by making demands that exceedsocially acceptable norms, or slandering, defaming, threatening, or harassingthe Glamping or its staff or posting inflammatory remarks on social networkingsites, or any similar acts 
11. Violence, threats, extortion, or other coercive andunreasonable demands against the Glamping or its staff 
12. Any acts that cause or risk causing inconvenience,damage, or disadvantage to other guests, third parties, the Glamping, or the Glampinggroup 
13. Any acts that infringe or risk infringing on thecopyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, privacy rights,personal rights, or any other rights of other guests, third parties, the Glamping,or the Glamping group
14. Acts that violate or risk violating public order orlaw, or any criminal acts 
15. Displaying the power of an organized crime group oracts of aiding and abetting an organized crime group 
16. Violation of any other provisions of these Termsand Condition 
17. Violation of any other rules in the Property RulesandRegulations 
18. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the property
